14-day cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel any online order, for any reason.
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel.
- You then have a further 14 days to send it back or let us collect it. Collection is free.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back (or of proof you’ve sent it back), to the original payment method.
- We refund the standard delivery charge.
Packaging and this 14-day right. Keeping the packaging is not a condition of your legal 14-day right. Please keep it if you can, as it protects the machine during collection.
Please take reasonable care of the goods and don’t use them more than you need to in order to check them. We may reduce your refund if they’re damaged or have lost value because they were handled more than needed.
If something is wrong
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Within 30 days
You can reject a faulty item for a full refund, or ask us to repair or replace it. We cover all collection costs.
After 30 days
We repair or replace the item. If that isn’t possible you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction. We cover collection.
Contact us with your order number and photos or a short video of the fault. If it arrived damaged, report it within 48 hours of receiving it. See also Warranty and Delivery.
