The 3 Series has a double-layer running deck, and the double-layer build and sturdy frame give you stability and reinforcement, so it feels planted underfoot at speeds up to 10 km/h. When your foot lands on the deck, the flex and the double layer absorb more of the impact, so it's not harsh on your knees. The 3 Series is ultra-slim at 11 cm tall when folded, so it is designed to slide under most sofas or desks. Check your own clearance against the folded size.
What does “8 Level Auto Incline” mean?
You can change the incline in 8 levels, up to 12%, from the remote control or console, with no need to stop and adjust by hand.
How fast does it go?
1–10 km/h, from a gentle desk walk up to a brisk pace.
Is it quiet?
Yes. The 4HP brushless motor runs at under 45 dB, so it suits flats and home offices.
Can you run on a walking pad?
The 3 Series goes up to 10 km/h, which is a brisk jog for most people. For proper running, the 4 Series treadmill goes up to 14 km/h.
Is a walking pad worth it?
If you sit a lot, it’s the easiest way to add steps without leaving the house. Walk while you work, watch TV or take calls, then slide it away.
Can I use my phone or tablet while I walk?
Yes. There is a built-in phone/tablet holder, Bluetooth speakers and a remote control, and it connects to Kinomap, FitShow and Zwift.
Is assembly difficult?
It’s a quick 2-step assembly, and the only tool you need is the Allen key that comes in the box.

Is it suitable for older people?
Yes, for most people. It starts at a gentle 1 km/h, comes with a handrail and a remote control, and has a safety key that stops the belt if you step back too far. If you haven’t exercised for a while, check with your GP first.
How many steps can I do on it?
At a brisk walk most people take about 100 steps a minute, so 30 minutes is roughly 3,000 steps. A slower desk walk is fewer. Your phone or fitness watch will give you your own number.
Can I do the 12-3-30 workout on it?
Yes. Set the 8 Level Auto Incline to the top level (12%) and walk at about 4.8 km/h (3 mph) for 30 minutes. New to exercise? Build up to it gradually.
How do I look after it?
Unplug it after use, wipe it down and keep it dry. Keep the belt centred, and lubricate it regularly depending on how much you use it; every 3 months is a good guide. Use treadmill silicone lubricant only, never WD-40 or oil.
