Free UK mainland delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Our courier will be in touch to arrange it.
Delivery is contactless, with no signature needed, to your front door or communal entrance. Check the box before the courier leaves. We don’t take away packaging, old items or old equipment. Northern Ireland (BT): delivery takes 7 to 14 days.
Remote area surcharges
If your postcode is in one of these areas, the surcharge is added at checkout, before you pay. Everywhere else has no surcharge.

If you miss your delivery, contact us and we will rebook it with you. See our terms for details.
Damaged on arrival?
Check the box when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery note or in the courier app. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos. This doesn’t affect your legal rights if goods arrive faulty or damaged.
