3-year frame warranty, 1-year parts
Every KTQ treadmill comes with a 3-year frame warranty and a 1-year parts warranty. Dumbbells come with a 1-year warranty. All of this is on top of your legal rights.
Treadmills: frame 3 years, parts 1 year. Dumbbells: 1 year
The warranty covers faults in the product itself. If something fails, we repair or replace it, and we cover collection.
Your warranty starts on the day your order is delivered. The frame warranty covers the main steel frame and its welds. The parts warranty covers the motor, console and electronics, rollers, deck and other working parts.
What the warranty doesn’t cover
- Wear items, such as belt wear and lubrication
- Misuse
- Commercial use
- Using the machine above its maximum user weight
- Damage from not following the manual

Show us the fault so we can sort it out quickly.
We repair or replace
We arrange it and cover collection.
Your legal rights are not affected. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See Returns and 60-day trial for faulty goods in the first 30 days.
