Refund policy

KTQ Sports is a trading name of BAZ ONLINE TRADING LTD (company no. 17273825). Business address: Unit 1, Bean Road, Tipton, DY4 9AQ.

60-day home trial

Try your KTQ Sports order at home for 60 days. If you are not happy, we collect it free of charge and give you a full refund.

How it works:

  1. Try it. Use it at home as normal.
  2. Not happy? Contact us at ktqsports@gmail.com or 020 3026 2931 with your order number.
  3. We collect. We book a free collection with you.
  4. You are refunded. We refund you within 14 days of collecting the item, to your original payment method.

Trial conditions

  • Keep the original packaging and use it for the return.
  • The product must not be damaged.
  • The 60 days start from the date you receive your order.
  • The product must be returned complete with all parts.
  • One trial per household per product.

The home trial is in addition to your legal rights below, which still apply.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

If you buy online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel.
  • You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, or let us collect them.
  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back), using the original payment method.
  • Collection is free of charge.
  • We refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Paid delivery upgrades (room of choice or assembly) are refunded if the service has not yet been carried out.
  • Please take reasonable care of the goods and do not use them more than you need to in order to check them. We may reduce your refund if the goods are damaged or have lost value because they were handled more than was needed to check them.
  • Keeping the original packaging is not a condition of this 14-day right. Please keep it if you can, as it protects the machine during collection.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject a faulty item for a full refund, or ask us to repair or replace it. We cover all collection costs.
  • After 30 days: we repair or replace the item. If that is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction. We cover collection.

Please contact us with your order number and photos or a short video of the fault. Report any damage on arrival within 48 hours of receiving the item (see our Delivery policy).

Warranty

KTQ treadmills come with a 3-year frame warranty and a 1-year parts warranty. Dumbbells come with a 1-year warranty. Full details are on our Warranty page. The warranty is in addition to your legal rights.
