Free delivery to the UK mainland
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. A small number of remote postcodes have a surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay (see "Remote area surcharges" below).
Your order is delivered by our courier partner Premier Deliveries, with live tracking.
How your delivery works
- Order. Enter your postcode and we show the delivery days for your area.
- The day before. Premier Deliveries calls you to book your delivery in.
- On the day. You get a text with your time slot, plus live tracking.
- Delivery. Contactless delivery, no signature needed. Check the box before the team leaves (see "Damage" below).
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. We do not offer next-day delivery. After you order, your delivery is booked onto an available delivery day for your postcode.
Northern Ireland (BT): delivery takes 7 to 14 days. Premier Deliveries will contact you before delivery to book it in.

We do not take away old items or old equipment.

If your postcode is in one of these areas, the surcharge is added at checkout.

- Some Highland and island postcodes: IV21 to IV24, IV26 to IV29, IV40 onwards; PH17, PH19, PH30, PH34 onwards; KW15 to KW17; TR18, TR19, TR21 to TR25

Damage
Please check the box when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery note or in the courier app. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos. Contact us at ktqsports@gmail.com or 020 3026 2931 with your order number.
This does not affect your legal rights if goods arrive faulty or damaged. See our Returns and 60-day home trial policy.
