Is it suitable for older people?
Yes, for most people. It starts at a gentle 1 km/h, has a handrail to hold, and a safety key that stops the belt if you step back too far. If you haven’t exercised for a while, check with your GP first.
Where should I put it?
On a flat, solid floor with clear space behind it, ideally on a treadmill mat. When you’re done, fold it flat to 11 cm and slide it under most sofas or beds.
How do I look after it?
Unplug it after use, wipe it down and keep it dry. Keep the belt centred, and lubricate it regularly depending on how much you use it; every 3 months is a good guide. Use treadmill silicone lubricant only, never WD-40 or oil.
