Double-layer running deck, for stability and reinforcement

Run at up to 14 km/h on a double-layer running deck. The double-layer build and the sturdy frame give you stability and reinforcement, so it stays planted at pace. When your foot lands on the deck, the flex and the double layer absorb more of the impact, so it's not harsh on your knees. It helps make it quieter too. This is separate from the multi-point shock absorption, and it is one of the things that makes us different to other sellers.

FAQ

Treadmill with incline FAQs

Is it sturdy?

Yes. The 4 Series is a proper home treadmill, not a flat walking pad: the deck sits in a sturdy frame, takes up to 180 kg and stays planted when you run. The double-layer running deck adds stability and reinforcement, and its flex absorbs more of the impact so it's not harsh on your knees. The multi-point shock absorption is separate cushioning. The deck lifts up to fold and drops back down when you’re ready to go again.

Does it fold away?

Yes. The 4 Series has hydraulic one-touch folding (a gas strut) that lifts the deck upright, and built-in transport wheels to roll it away. Folded upright it stands 149 cm tall, 73 cm wide and just 26 cm deep.

What does 15% Auto Incline mean?

The incline adjusts automatically from 0 to 15%. You change it from the console, with quick buttons for 3, 6 and 9%.

How fast does it go?

1–14 km/h, from a gentle walk up to a run, on a 115 × 42 cm belt.

What is the maximum user weight?

180 kg.

Is it quiet?

Yes. It runs at under 40 dB, helped by its 5HP brushless motor and double-layer running deck.

Can I use my phone while I train?

There is a phone holder and cup holders on the console, plus Bluetooth speakers and app connection (Kinomap, FitShow and Zwift).

Is assembly difficult?

The only tool you need is the Allen key that comes in the box.

How does delivery work?

Free UK mainland delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Our courier will be in touch to arrange it. See our delivery page for remote areas.

What is the 60-day free home trial?

Try it at home for 60 days. If you’re not happy, we collect it for free and give you a full refund*. *Item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and complete with all parts. One trial per household per product. See returns and trial for the full terms.

What warranty does it come with?

A 3-year frame and 1-year parts warranty. If anything arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receiving it.

Is there a discount at the moment?

Yes. 20% comes off your whole order automatically at checkout, no code needed. The offer ends soon.

Can I do the 12-3-30 workout on it?

Yes. Set the 15% Auto Incline to 12% and walk at about 4.8 km/h (3 mph) for 30 minutes. New to exercise? Build up to it gradually.

Is it suitable for older people?

Yes, for most people. It starts at a gentle 1 km/h, has full handlebars and pulse sensors, and a safety key that stops the belt if you step back too far. If you haven’t exercised for a while, check with your GP first.

How do I look after it?

Unplug it after use, wipe it down and keep it dry. Keep the belt centred, and lubricate it regularly depending on how much you use it; every 3 months is a good guide. Use treadmill silicone lubricant only, never WD-40 or oil.
