"We", "us" and "our" mean BAZ ONLINE TRADING LTD. "You" means the person buying from or using this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Our products and your order
- Products are sold by KTQ Sports. Product descriptions, specifications and images are as accurate as we can make them.
- Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and accept your order. If we cannot accept an order, we tell you and refund anything you have paid.
- You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
- Please check your order summary, delivery address and contact details before paying.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay, including any delivery surcharge, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Newsletter welcome codes we have already issued give 20% off one order (the sign-up offer closed on 29 October 2026). It can be used once per customer, only with the email address that signed up, and can’t be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw offers at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout (for example card, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal).
- If a price is clearly wrong and we notice before dispatch, we will tell you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free to the UK mainland in 3 to 5 working days, with surcharges for some remote areas. Our courier will be in touch to arrange it. Full details are in our Delivery policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
Missed deliveries: your first re-delivery is free. If a second delivery is missed, a re-delivery charge of £20 applies.
If we are late delivering, you can set a new delivery date with us. If we still cannot deliver, you can cancel and receive a refund.
5. Cancelling, returns and the 60-day free home trial
- Your legal right to cancel: you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- 60-day free home trial: in addition, you can try your order at home for 60 days. If you are not happy, we collect it free of charge and refund you in full within 14 days of collection. Conditions apply (original packaging, undamaged and complete with all parts, one trial per household per product).

6. Faulty goods and your legal rights
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If goods are faulty, you can reject them within 30 days for a refund, or ask for a repair or replacement. After 30 days we repair or replace. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.
7. Warranty
Treadmills come with a 3-year frame warranty and a 1-year parts warranty. Dumbbells come with a 1-year warranty. Details are on our Warranty page. It is in addition to your legal rights.
8. Using your product safely
Read the manual before first use and follow it. Observe the maximum user weight and the safety guidance for your product. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product against the manual, for commercial use, or for use by children without supervision.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, because we sell only to consumers.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, strikes, courier network disruption or supplier delays). We will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the effect.
11. Using this website
- The website, its text, images and videos belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- KTQ and KTQ Sports are brand names. Do not copy or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.
- We try to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.
12. Your personal information
How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy and Cookie information.
13. Complaints
If something is wrong, please contact us first at ktqsports@gmail.com so we can put it right. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. You may also have rights under the law of your own country if you live outside the UK.
